Well your character play a big part at school are work it all about who you are are you honest are you nice are you reliability are you self responable. your character shows people these things a good character is a posivite person.

Self -Esteem is very important because if you dont have a good self esteem about yourself no one will have respect for you. You need to have a postive attitude about your self it very important never put your self down for no one you are somebody.

Teamwork work ethic

Teamwork work is very important because each individually place a part in whatever they are doing in a team it also important to all listen to each others opinions it imporatant to listen to others ideas in a teams because that person might have a good point are answer that might be needed it all just go back to respecting each others.
